Dans cette dernière partie, Zepp Nicoué Koueté fustige sans complaisance, la cupidité de certains dirigeants de la fédération togolaise de football(FTF), une fédération politisée en proie à une longue crise de leadership. Le processus de normalisation de la dite fédération mis en place par la Fifa est loin de voir le bout du tunnel. Zepp Koueté souligne par ailleurs, le péché originel qui pèse sur le Togo, point de départ de la situation de la crise politique actuelle.
