Un accord politique a été trouvé par les ministres des Affaires étrangères de l’UE réunis ce 17 février à Bruxelles, pour mettre en oeuvre l’embargo sur les armes en Libye, a déclaré selon M. Joseph Borrell, Haut représentant des Affaires étrangères et la Politique de Sécurité de l’UE. Cet accord permettra de mettre en oeuvre, le cessez-le-feu torpillé par les belligérants.
