Un accord sur la climat a été trouvé par les 27, pour parvenir à la neutralité carbone d’ici 2050

Malgré la déception de la Conférence de Madrid sur les Changements climatiques (COP25), suite à l’absence de consensus et d’engagement en faveur du climat de la part des Etats-Unis, du Brésil, de l’Inde, de l’Australie mais aussi l’Arabie Saoudite entre autres, de son côté, l’Union européenne a donné le ton sur le climat en trouvant un accord dans la nuit du 12 décembre 2019, pour parvenir à la neutralité carbone d’ici 2050.
