Trois experts du groupe des Etats d’Afrique, des Caraïbes et du Pacifique (Groupe ACP), tenaient une brève réunion d’information, mercredi 26 avril 2017 au Brussels Press Club Europe à Bruxelles. Ce briefing presse intervient, au moment où le Conseil des ministres ACP et ACP-UE, prévu du 2 au 05 mai 2017 au Secrétariat ACP à Bruxelles, s’apprête à débattre des questions de fond, en vue des négociations futures d’un nouvel accord de partenariat ACP- UE. Ghislain Zobiyo
