Caroline Désir, Échevine de la Rénovation urbaine et des Contrats de quartier – Ixelles Commune d’Ixelles

Améliorer le cadre de vie des habitants, afin de rendre celui-ci plus attrayant, mais aussi plus dynamique et convivial, tel est l’objectif du Contrat de Quartier Athénée (CDQA) 2017-2020, présenté aux habitants et usagers du quartier Haut Ixelles en janvier dernier. Ghislain ZOBIYO
