Rejeté pour la 3ème fois par 344 voix contre et 286 pour, les députés britanniques ont définitivement mis hors jeu l’accord de Theresa May. Cet ultime signal a fait réagir vendredi le président du Conseil de l’Union européen Donald Tusk. Dans un tweet, il a annoncé la tenue pour le 10 avril 2019 d’un sommet européen spécial.
