Candidat à l’élection présidentielle camerounaise du 07 octobre 2018, Cabral LIBII est en campagne internationale dans les villes européennes depuis fin août 2018. Il a organisé un meeting à Liège et à Bruxelles où prenaient part, un nombre la diaspora camerounaise et amis du Cameroun. Dans une interview exclusive accordée à Brussels Information Press, Cabral Libii revient sur les grandes lignes de son programme politique.
